During the early 1990s, windows across the Gulf region were covered with adhesive tape as protection against the fear of chemical attacks. Within this atmosphere, air itself became associated with uncertainty and tension. Through childhood perception, the vacuum cleaner emerged as more than a domestic appliance — becoming a strange technological presence shaped by sound, pressure, and invisible force.

<p style="text-align:justify">The installation examines the relationship between the individual and the machine as a site of projection, perception, and emotional formation. The vacuum cleaner becomes a symbolic structure embodying attraction, containment, tension, and disappearance.</p>
<h2 style="text-align:justify">PERCEPTUAL CONDITION</h2>
<p style="text-align:justify">The installation places the viewer within a suspended psychological condition positioned between fascination and fear. Through sound, movement, tension, and environmental atmosphere, the work reconstructs an unstable perceptual encounter with technology and invisible threat.</p>
